2. Partial Refund (Within 5 Days of Booking):
   • If guests need to cancel within 5 days of booking but before the 5-day window leading to the check-in date, they will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
3. Cancellation Within 5 Days of Check-In:
   • Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for a refund, and the full booking amount will be charged.
4. Modification of Booking Dates:
   • Guests may inquire about modifying their booking dates based on availability. Changes must be requested in advance, and additional charges may apply.
5. No-Show Policy:
   • Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the full booking amount will be charged.
6. Contact Information:
   • Guests are encouraged to contact us directly through the provided contact information or the Find Wales Business Directory platform to request cancellations or modifications to their reservation.
