Welcome to “Find Wales,” the premier business directory promoting Welsh accommodation. By adding your accommodation listing to our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Listing Submission and Accuracy:

• Accommodation owners are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when submitting their listings on “Find Wales.”
• “Find Wales” reserves the right to review and approve all submitted listings before publication on the platform.

2. Commission Fee:

• Accommodation owners acknowledge and agree that “Find Wales” charges a commission fee of 4% on each successful booking made through the platform.
• The commission fee is intended to cover administrative costs and expenses incurred by “Find Wales” in maintaining and promoting the directory.

3. Booking Management:

• Accommodation owners have the ability to manage their bookings directly through the “Find Wales” website.
• Owners are responsible for updating their availability calendars, responding promptly to booking inquiries, and ensuring that their listing information is current.

4. Financial Transactions:

• Payments for accommodation bookings will be processed securely through the “Find Wales” platform.
• Accommodation owners will receive payment minus the 4% commission fee within a reasonable timeframe after the successful completion of a guest’s stay.

5. Accountability:

• “Find Wales” acts solely as a platform for accommodation listings and bookings. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by accommodation owners or the quality of services offered.
• Accommodation owners are solely responsible for the content of their listings, the condition of their accommodations, and the fulfilment of guest expectations.

6. Liability:

• “Find Wales” is not responsible for any issues arising from bookings made through the platform, including but not limited to cancellations, disputes, or dissatisfaction with accommodation services.
• Accommodation owners are encouraged to establish their own cancellation policies and clearly communicate them to guests.

7. Termination of Listing:

• “Find Wales” reserves the right to terminate or suspend any accommodation listing that violates these terms and conditions or fails to comply with our content guidelines.
• Accommodation owners will be notified of any violation and given an opportunity to rectify the issue before any action is taken.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• “Find Wales” reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Accommodation owners will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

By submitting your accommodation listing to “Find Wales,” you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms are effective upon listing submission and shall govern the relationship between “Find Wales” and the accommodation owner.
